Afternoon FD Ford Staff-

I just wanted to write you a quick note to tell you about my first visit to the FD Ford Quick Lane. As I pulled my car into the waiting line and got out, I was greeted by EVERY service tech that was on my way to the service counter - talk about feeling welcome! Arriving at the counter to check my car in, the service tech that helped me took the time to answer any questions that I had and assured me that they would look into everything. (I had been having problems with my brakes squeaking and another dealership in town told me I had rust on them and that I needed to drive my car more to remove the rust.) After a cookie, bottle of water and a short clip of a movie - wonderful things to offer while you wait. I was paid and out the door in less than 45 min! The techs told me there was no rust on my brakes but a build up of brake dust! I took my car in twice to the other dealership with them stating the same thing - a rust problem! You guys have a great team that made my first service trip to FD Ford one worth repeating. I have told quite a few people about this and I hope they follow up for themselves to see how great your team is!
